10 Spring Activities in Central Florida

Our last blog post shared twenty things to do with seniors to celebrate spring! Today, we’re sharing things you and your family can enjoy right here in Central Florida.

For caregivers or family members taking seniors or the disabled to any event, we recommend planning ahead. As we shared in our last blog post, planning could be mapping out space, ensuring wheelchair accessibility, and marking bathrooms or areas to rest. Planning can be the key to creating a smooth and happy outing for everyone involved.

It is easy to get stuck in a rut! Add outdoor activities to your calendar to encourage shaking off the winter blues and healthy activity. Be sure to practice sun safety, consider physical limitations, and never miss medications.
